The timeline

My signature 1:1 coaching programs include 16 weeks of high-touch support, with 9 sessions totaling 16 hours. See example below.

You’ll notice that I like to front-load the program with 2-hour sessions to get things off to a strong start, and because I know you are eager to ask me a lot of questions! There is always a lot to discuss, decide and clarify in the beginning.

And if you’re thinking that 2 hours on Zoom is a long time, trust me, the time flys! Plus, we always take a 10-minute break in the middle of each session to rest our eyes, grab a coffee, or whatever. 😉

In the weeks where we do not have a live session, we are still in touch via WhatsApp and Google Docs while you work on clarity exercises and take action to implement the strategy.

What if one of us goes on holiday? No problem. If one of us is away for 7 days or more, we will “press pause” on the schedule. Same goes for sickness, emergencies or any special situations that may pop up.

So in practice, the timeline often extends to 20 weeks (or 4-5 months) as illustrated in the example below.

When am I available for sessions?

MON 1:30-6 (until 7pm for U.S. clients)
TUES 10-6 (until 7pm for U.S. clients)
WEDS 10-6 (until 7pm for U.S. clients)
THURS 10-6 (until 7pm for U.S. clients)

The times above are in Central European Time (CET) time, as I am located in Amsterdam.

So for example, if you are located in Los Angeles, we could meet from 8-10am PST which is 5-7pm CET.
