CLARIFY
After spending some time exploring business model ideas, now it’s time to clarify it… all your services, packages and prices. And you’ll start to implement the new model with my guidance and support.
REVISIT
Let’s revisit your ideal client profile, brand messaging and positioning. What needs to shift? We’ll also decide if the time is right for a full rebrand and website redesign vs. a few strategic updates.
PLAN
Here we create a solid marketing strategy and client acquisition plan that feels doable and aligned with who you are. An annual overview and 90-Day plan will give you a clear plan of action to meet your goals.
SESSIONS & PROGRAM DURATION
The program includes:
- 9 live coaching sessions, totaling 16 hours
- 16 weeks of high-touch support
- Action plans and a task list to keep you focused
In practice, we’re working together over 4-5 months. (More detail on the timeline here.)
Sessions are held via Zoom and recorded, so you can refer back to them later. For anyone local to Amsterdam, we can meet in-person for one session at a local cafe or co-working space.
After the initial 16-week program, clients often continue working with me to keep the momentum going. I offer various options starting at €250.
ONGOING, HANDS-ON SUPPORT
Working with me extends beyond the time we have together in our live sessions. Clients connect with me on WhatsApp and get the added benefit of audio coaching (Tuesday-Thursday). This is your direct line to me to ask questions, get my perspective on things happening right now in your business, share mini AHAs, ideas or challenges as we go through the process.
In addition, we’re collaborating inside a shared folder on Google Drive, working on the strategy and foundational clarity while at the same time implementing it in real time. You’ll get my eyes on your work to give you that extra boost and reassurance that your message and creative is on point. Whether that is a web page, email newsletter, Instagram post, or LinkedIn profile. You’ll benefit from my decades of experience in creative marketing communications and the fact that I’m a native English speaker.
In the process, I give the HOW and WHY behind the changes I’m recommending, so you learn how to think like a marketer, apply your brand message, and do it confidently on your own.

Who is this program ideal for?
It’s ideal for more experienced business owners.
I work with solopreneurs (1-person or very small businesses).
My clients primarily sell services, not products. They run client-based businesses (coaches, consultants, trainers, strategists, freelancers, thought leaders, and online entrepreneurs).
As an American living in the Netherlands, I primarily work with solopreneurs in Europe and the United States, but as long as you speak English and we can find a suitable time for our Zoom calls, we can work together 🙂 Get in touch and let’s chat.
What languages do you speak?
I’m back to taking Dutch class again, but for now, I only speak English. I’ll get fluent someday, as Amsterdam is my permanent home.
What does the payment process look like?
The cost of the program is € 2300 + VAT where applicable. You can pay in full or select the payment plan (4 payments of € 575.)
The first payment is due upfront as a deposit and to secure your spot in my schedule.
Then I will email you an invoice each month until all payments are complete.
I accept payments via direct bank transfer, iDEAL or credit card.
